Many design solutions were then adopted to make these villas modern and comfortable; thermal insulation with integral cladding, high quality pvc window frames, water heating with solar panels, recovery and treatment of water in the bathrooms and kitchens of the whole complex for irrigation use for the garden, use of tree and low water consumption shrubs types for green spaces, treatment of swimming pool water with UV rays to reduce the use of chemical products and the formation of chloramines.
