Daily prices in Euro, taxes included. Air conditioning is included. Change of linen and towels and house cleaning every 3 days (on request the daily cleaning is available with supplement of 30 euros per day).
The apartments are available from 14hrs of the arrival date until 12am of the departure date. Deposit required 30% of the reservation, non-refundable, with bank transfer on the National Bank of Chania in the name of Mr. Polivios Lagoudakis, specifyng surname and the period of stay. The balance of the remaining 70% must be made within four weeks from the date of arrival. Any cancellations will result in a loss of 50% of the balance sent.
For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Chanià shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
