In the two twin villas Levantes and Pounentes, on the ground floor you will find the living room with kitchen area, two bedrooms with two bathrooms and on the semi-basement floor, the third bedroom, another bathroom and a sitting area.
The Sirocco instead is an architecturally different villa on three floors so disposed, on the ground floor living room with kitchen area and bathroom, on the first floor 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and |

Daily prices in Euro, taxes included. Air conditioning is included.
Change of linen and towels and house cleaning every 3 days.
The apartments are available from 14hrs of the arrival date until 12am of the departure date.
Deposit required 30% of the reservation with bank transfer on the National Bank of Chanià in the name of Mrs. Maria Lagoudaki, specifyng surname and the period of stay.
Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 30 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.
The balance of the remaining 70% must be made within four weeks from the date of arrival and is not refundable in the event of cancellation, changes or no-show.
For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Chanià shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising. |
