Ingredients
4 glasses of olive oil 1 ½ glasses of sugar
1 glass of water boiled with cinnamon
1 glass of lemon or orange juice
2 tea spoons of baking soda |

1 glass of grappa 1 tea spoon of baking powder flour
For the syrup
1 glass of honey 1 glass of sugar
1 glass of water
1 stick of cinnamon sesame and cinnamon in powder |
Preparation We whip the oil with the sugar, then we had the cinnamon, the baking soda diluted in the lemon juice, the baking powder diluted in grappa and the flour.
We mix all together and we prepare the biscuits that we will bake in the oven at medium temperature. When ready we will let them cool down.
We roast the sesame together with some cinnamon. We prepare the syrup and while boiling at low fire, we dip the biscuits and after a minute we drain them.
Put them on a serving dish and pour the sesame and cinnamon on top. |
