Ingredients for the pastry
½ kg flour water 2 spoons of olive oil salt lemon juice |

For the filling
spinach dill cumin salt pepper olive oil |
Preparation
We prepare the pastry with flour, water, oil, and lemon juice. We spread the pastry in a thin layer and we cut circles using a glass.
We boil the spinach and when cooked we chop them finely and we season them with the spices and the oil.
We add a tea spoon of the filling on the half of the pitta, we close it with the other half.
We fry the pitte in hot oil.
The filling can vary adding some feta cheese. |
