Cuttlefish with fava beans

Ingredients

 

 

1 kg of cuttlefish


1 kg of fresh

fava beans

Soupiès me Koukià

White wine
Olive oil
onions
salt

Preparation

 

We clean the cuttlefish, keeping the ink, and we cut them in stripes.


We put the oil on the fire with the onions finely sliced and we add the cuttlefish, when browned, we add the wine and the ink.


Now we can add the fresh fava beans, we check the salt and leave them cook for about ½ an hour, until ready.
