Ingredients 1 Kg of pastry leaves 1 cup of butter 7 glasses of milk 1 glass of fine semolina 1 small packet of flour with vanilla flavour vanilla aroma 1 glass of sugar 2 spoons of butter 4 eggs |

3 glasses of sugar 2 glasses of water cinnamom
juice of one lemon

Preparation
We prepare the cream with the milk, the semolina and the flour. Then we add the softened butter and the eggs, whipped with the sugar; we stir all together. We spread the half of the buttered pastry leaves in a baking tin and we pour over the cream. We cover with the remaining buttered pastry leaves and we cut the cake in slices to form the portions and we cook in oven at low temperature until golden brown. In the meantime, we have prepared the syrup and pour it on the cake. |
