"Villa Yasmin" is a new high quality construction (completed in June 2019) located in the area named Anthropolithi on the hills near Zakros.

It is a private villa in classic and simple island style, comfortable and full of modern solutions (integral thermal insulation, thermal fixtures, private swimming pool, outdoor lounge, televisions and air

conditioning in every room, etc.) is surrounded by rosemary, bougainvillea, cypresses that fit it well into the surrounding hilly environment rich in olive groves.

This is a quiet and secluded place that enjoys a wide view of all the Zakros valleys and the entrance of the Gorges of Death; not far from the village

centre (1600 meters) and at a short distance from places that offer splendid beaches like those of Xerocampos and Kato Zakros.

The "Villa Yasmin" has a total living area of 100 meters, divided as follows:

Furnished and finished in both indoor and outdoor environments with care and attention to details, it provides its guests all the necessary comforts, even for long stays or in off season periods:

• wireless internet connection (ADSL at 20 Mbps)

• air conditioning (also with heat pump for winter stays) in all bedrooms and in the living room

• LED TVs in every room with satellite reception of free channels

• wood-burning stove in the living room

• fully equipped kitchen (complete with electric oven and microwave oven, filter and espresso coffee machines, kettle, toaster, juicer, etc.)

proportionate to the needs of 6/8 people

Daily prices in euro, taxes included. Use of the private pool, air conditioning and internet included.

Linen change every 4 days

The accommodations are available from 2pm of the arrival date until 12pm of the departure date.

Deposit due 25% of the booked period by bank transfer on National Bank of Sitia in the name of the owner of "Villa Yasmin", specifying last name and period required.

Cancellation requests must be advised by email prior to 21 days of the arrival date, if advised later no refund is due of the deposit sent.

For what not specified above, the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with Greek E.O.T. (National Hellenic Tourist Office) and the Greek courts of Neapoli shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising.
